Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service for our guests.</p> <p>The Guest Services Attendant is responsible for delivering an exceptional golf experience through friendly, professional, and efficient service in all areas of outside golf operations. This includes-but is not limited to-managing golf carts, maintaining the driving range, starting and monitoring pace of play, and ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of all guest service areas. This is for a Spring/Summer start date.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <p>Golf Cart Operations</p> <p>Prepare, stage, and clean golf carts for member and guest use</p> <p>Inspect carts for safety and operational concerns</p> <p>Charge carts nightly and rotate fleet appropriately</p> <p>Driving Range & Practice Areas</p> <p>Set up and maintain range balls, bag stands, and alignment tools</p> <p>Monitor cleanliness, safety, and presentation of range tee and short game area</p> <p>Collect range balls using range picker and ensure ball washer operation</p> <p>Starting & Rangering</p> <p>Greet golfers at the first tee with course info, rules, and pace-of-play expectations</p> <p>Monitor and manage pace of play on the course</p> <p>Serve as a visible presence to assist and communicate with golfers throughout the round</p> <p>Facility Cleanliness & Appearance</p> <p>Empty trash cans and clean up debris from carts, staging areas, and course rest stops</p> <p>Maintain neat and organized cart staging and bag drop areas</p> <p>Support the cleanliness of bag room and service areas</p> <p>Other Duties as Assigned</p> <p>Assist with tournament setup and breakdown</p> <p>Support fellow staff and golf professionals to ensure smooth operations</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Drivers license required</p> <p>Positive and professional demeanor with strong communication skills</p> <p>Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions</p> <p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate golf carts safely</p> <p>Weekend and holiday availability may be required</p> <p>Pay Rate: $15 plus tips</p>
