You'll learn about our various divisions, portfolios, brands, and sales technology.</p> <p>As a Merchandiser, you'll support our sales and marketing efforts by ensuring our products are visible and attractive in assigned accounts. You'll build creative, eye-catching displays, place Point of Sale and activation materials, engage in brand development initiatives, and keep shelves, counters, cold boxes, and windows well-stocked and maintained. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, likes to think outside the box, and enjoys working collaboratively with sales teams and customers.</p> <p>Note: This position is seasonal and ends on August 15th, 2025.</p> <p>Key Accountabilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maximize the distribution of products sold by Quality Beverage in all applicable customer accounts </li><li>Develop strong professional relationships with all customers at all times </li><li>Build high-impact displays for our portfolio of products in appropriate accounts </li><li>Maintain physical inventory and fill coolers at key retail accounts </li><li>Monitor & communicate competitive activity as it relates to sales & marketing </li><li>Provide support for sales promotions and special events (including nights and weekends) </li><li>Comply with all legal guidelines, safety requirements, and Quality Beverage company standards and policies </li><li>Responsible for assisting in the daily upkeep of the POCM warehouse </li><li>Responsible for daily paperwork and the proper completion of all Company documents </li><li>Work with the sales team and the entire organization to ensure the highest level of customer service. </li><li>Identify opportunities for and place permanent point of connection material such as neon signs, clocks, and other signs in on and off-premise accounts </li><li>Work with and support sales staff on cooler resets in retail accounts </li><li>Ensure all POCM is properly themed and current </li><li>Monitor and rotate all close-coded products, monitor breakage and damaged packages at retail </li><li>Knowledge and safe operation of various power equipment </li><li>Create and print basic signage for retail accounts </li><li>Completing miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Can communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing </li><li>Excited to learn about our brands and products </li><li>Willing to work flexible hours when needed </li><li>Capable of working independently and taking initiative. </li><li>Self-motivated and enthusiastic, ready to contribute to the team's success </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience/Training:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required </li><li>A college degree or equivalent work experience is a plus </li><li>You will need a valid Massachusetts driver's license and registration </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly lift objects up to 25 pounds and up to 40 pounds occasionally </li><li>Expect to be on your feet a lot, either standing or walking throughout the day </li><li>Requires a good amount of mental focus to handle complex tasks that need concentrated effort and attention to detail </li><li>Includes travel and facing various weather conditions when visiting customers, prospects, or vendors </li><li>Potential for accidents due to road travel, including traffic incidents, delivery of goods, or the setup of displays, so staying alert and careful is important </li></ul> <p>Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday, and Saturday work required</p> <p>Martignetti Companies prides itself on being a company where you can bring your best self to work every day.
