Developing our people is critical to our strategy and fostering our culture of empowerment.</p> <p>.</p> <p>A Brief Overview</p> <p>The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for monitoring inventory levels at the location. This position ensures that all processes and procedures surrounding inventory control are properly executed. This position may incorporate quality control functions.</p> <p>Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00/hour</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Perform daily inventory stock counts. </li><li>Count, research and submit stock adjustment requests (SARs) as needed. </li><li>Enter SARs to move product from Special Order code to Stock code. </li><li>Perform weekly damages/cull count. </li><li>Check backorder report to identify a potential stock issue. </li><li>Review and address the weekly overpurchased report. </li><li>Communicate with Location Management on all cycle count variances to find root cause of problems. </li><li>Participate in picking audits. </li><li>Verify new products added and create new labels or update labels, if necessary. </li><li>Locate material and tag accordingly. </li><li>Assist with shipping and receiving. </li><li>Inspect output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality. </li><li>Check that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements. </li><li>Review blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods. </li><li>Record inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database. </li><li>Routinely check all pulled/staged orders in lumber/hardware. </li><li>Comply with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance. </li></ul> <p>Required For All Jobs</p> <ul> <li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li><li>Comply with all policies and standards. </li><li>Adheres to Company's commitment to workplace safety. </li></ul> <p>Education Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma required. </li></ul> <p>Experience Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years in an Operational Staff position required. </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal communication skills, writing skills, and highly organized. </li><li>Experience using Microsoft Office tools. </li><li>Knowledge of inventory control/procurement procedures. </li></ul> <p>.</p> <p>US LBM Holdings, LLC, is an equal-opportunity employer.
