<p>General Summary</p> <p>This position has the opportunity to be located at any of the three campuses in Longmont, Westminster, or Fort Collins, CO.</p> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>With three campuses along Colorado's Front Range, FRCC is the state's largest community college. We enroll close to 28,000 students annually from our diverse service area, which offers a variety of cultural and recreational activities.</p> <p>Each year approximately 5,000 FRCC students transfer to four-year universities and FRCC offers more than 36 career training programs that prepare students for immediate employment and rewarding careers. Last year, more than 5,000 high school students took concurrent enrollment classes with us, earning college credit without having to pay college tuition. We're looking to hire people who share these values-along with our commitment to student success, equity and excellence.</p> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>As the Student Success Technologies Manager, you deliver technical support, system administration, and user training for platforms such as EAB Navigate360, Formstack, and other student-facing tools. You ensure reliable system performance, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, and drive technology adoption to advance student success and retention initiatives. You partner with stakeholders across the college and the Colorado Community College System to optimize platform functionality, streamline workflows, and enhance student engagement.</p> <p>This position has the opportunity to work remotely and will require occasional travel to all three FRCC campuses.</p> <p>Please note: You need to be a Colorado resident on your first day of employment. Also, Front Range Community College is an E-Verify employer.</p> <p>SALARY:$58,656-$61,588 annually</p> <p>The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum starting salary for the position. In your application, please include a resume and cover letter that specifically addresses how your background and experience align with the requirements, qualifications and responsibilities of the Manager, Student Success Technologies.</p> <p>Primary Duties</p> <p>Technology Support</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to student success platforms. </li><li>Manage help tickets, system maintenance, and workflow functionality (EAB Navigate360, Formstack). </li><li>Assist in system updates, configuration, and user role management, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. </li><li>Monitor system performance and collaborate with IT/vendors for efficient issue resolution. </li><li>Analyze platform data to guide decision-making and support student success initiatives. </li></ul> <p>User Training</p> <ul> <li>Orient new users and lead training sessions on platform features and updates. </li><li>Create and maintain clear documentation to support end users. </li></ul> <p>Collaboration and Communication</p> <ul> <li>Participate in meetings with leadership to assess system performance and future planning. </li><li>Work with staff and stakeholders to optimize platform use and align with institutional goals. </li></ul> <p>Division and College Support</p> <ul> <li>Provide back-up support to the Director of Retention and Student Success and Associate Vice President, Enrollment & Retention as needed. </li><li>Serve on departmental and divisional committees as requested. </li><li>Assist with college events and division activities aimed at boosting student support, enrollment, and retention as needed. </li></ul> <p>Required Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Mission, Vision & Values: Embrace the mission, vision and values of FRCC. Work with the next level supervisor to brainstorm changes that can be implemented to improve a program or service that the department provides. </li><li>Cultural Self-Awareness: Willing to examine own beliefs and acknowledge own biases and how they have impacted or may impact the ability to serve students. </li><li>Cultural Competence: Recognize the need to become knowledgeable about the ways to communicate and support students of other backgrounds. Change approach to reflect the new learning. </li><li>Equity Mindedness: Learn to view department operations through an equity lens. Be willing to call attention to processes that lead to inequity in serving students. Understand the College's equity goals and how your role supports FRCC's ability to achieve those goals. </li><li>Operational Planning: Have an understanding and knowledge of the college's various strategic plans and understand how your work supports each of them. Understand the department's expectations to find proactive ways to support the goals of the department. </li><li>Leading from the Middle: Lead from your position by not only closely examining your responsibilities for the department, but in bringing forward ideas to your supervisor the college should consider to be more student centered. </li><li>Team Building: Participate in team-building exercises and strive to build positive and collaborative relationships with colleagues both within the department and in other departments within the college. </li><li>Collaboration: Willingness to work with colleagues across departments to further student engagement. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education/Training & Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree and 4 years of experience in information technology support, academic advising support, student success, or related field </li></ul> <p>OR</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in information technology support, academic advising support, student success, or related field </li></ul> <p>AND</p> <ul> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. </li><li>Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. </li><li>Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to assess system impact and inform improvements. </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours. with occasional evening and weekend commitments. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education/Training & Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish. </li></ul> <p>Welcoming.
