With a commitment to strong results and extraordinary service, there are always opportunities to learn and grow.</p> <p>We are looking for a Corporate Flight Attendant for our Flight Department in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of safety and service to all our passengers.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensures the safety of airplane passengers while on the aircraft.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform pre-flight safety duties and prepare flights for take-off and landing.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares and serves passengers beverages, meals and snacks as appropriate.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist passengers with carry-on baggage / items and stocks flights with necessary supplies.</p> </li><li> <p>Keeps the cabin clean for passengers' comfort.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete paperwork including tracking office and duty time.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide pre-flight safety briefings to passengers as applicable.</p> </li><li> <p>Operationally responsible to the PIC on all flights.</p> </li><li> <p>Verifies that emergency equipment is on board, stocked and in working condition.</p> </li><li> <p>May communicate with Fixed Base Operation (FBO) personnel to arrange and confirm services per Pilot in Command (PIC)'s instruction.</p> </li><li> <p>Serves as a first responder and maintains Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid certifications. Assists ill or incapacitated passengers as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains knowledge of and ensures compliance with company policies and government regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration (FARS) regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Must always demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills with passengers and flight crew members to consistently meet or exceed passenger expectations.</p> </li><li> <p>Must maintain a culture of safety with efficient procedures that support customer service.</p> </li><li> <p>Required to travel away from home for long periods of time.</p> </li><li> <p>Always maintains a professional appearance.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>0-3 years of related customer service experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience as a commercial or corporate Flight Attendant is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Must maintain a current passport and live within a 2-hour call of Lunken airport.</p> </li><li> <p>Flexibility to work schedules that include nights, weekends, holiday and international travel.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift, push and pull luggage and equipment up to 50 pounds.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to operate all the entertainment systems and equipment on board the aircraft as well as perform basic troubleshooting.</p> </li><li> <p>Must successfully complete flight attendant training and maintain qualifications.</p> </li></ul> <p>Business Unit:</p> <p>AFG Enterprise Services</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Compensation varies by role, position level, and location.
