The Athletic Ticket Office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Approximately 10 hours per week is expected. This position can carry over into the summer and into the 2025-2026 school year.</p> <p>Starting Pay rate will be $9.00/hour. A pay raise will be given for each semester of continuous employment with the Ticket Office.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>This position will provide the highest level of customer service to donors, fans, and alumni of the University. </li><li>Employees will be required to take inbound phone calls, solicit sales, and process ticket orders during the week as well as sell tickets for football, basketball, volleyball, and wrestling events. </li></ul> <p>JFNTMP</p> <p>WORK LOCATION: This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Education: High School Diploma or GED</p> <p>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of intricate computer programs </li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs </li><li>Cash handling experience and clerical techniques (i.e., answering phones) </li><li>Possess excellent written and oral communication skills </li><li>Have high attention to detail </li><li>Able to comprehend instructions and procedures in a fast paced environment </li><li>Previous customer service experience preferred in a point of sale or inbound phone/customer service environment </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED APPLICATION MATERIALS:</p> <p>Complete the online application.
