<ol> <li>Be responsible for collecting and negotiating with multi-channel suppliers (US and Canada Last mile carriers, clearance brokers, and middle mile truck service providers), and establish a rich and competitive supplier resource pool. </li><li>Assist the department team leader in establishing a supplier full life cycle management system. </li><li>Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of suppliers, and support the sustainable and stable operation of the business. </li><li>Develop a multi-dimensional supplier grading and evaluation system to optimize supplier management resources and cultivate strategic partners.1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in supplier procurement or business negotiation. </li><li>Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly and execute effectively. </li><li>Fluent in English, both in speaking, reading and writing, with the ability to use English as a working language. </li><li>Candidates with experience in foreign enterprises or project management in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment are preferred. </li></ol>
