<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Allan Myers is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and eager Bilingual Construction Recruiter to proactively and aggressively source, screen, and schedule interviews for hourly craft talent. As a member of this fast-paced team, you will communicate and interact with many people across the company and contribute to meaningful initiatives to find and develop talent for our rapidly growing organization.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Source critical craft positions (Operators, Mechanics, Drivers, Laborers). </li><li>Proactively source for passive candidates. </li><li>Conduct phone screens for craft candidates. </li><li>Schedule face-to-face interviews with candidate and HR and Operations teams. Communicate with candidate on schedule and coordinate post-interview feedback. </li><li>Participate and assist with job fairs, including in-house events and High School/Trade School events. </li><li>Assist with expediting candidates through the interview process by minimizing delays, expediting hiring decisions, and updating the Applicant Tracking System appropriately. </li><li>Work with HR Operations Team to create seamless candidate/new hire transition. </li><li>Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, legislation, and total alignment to all Allan Myers processes and programs. </li><li>Providing direction and guidance in support of Allan Myers' values and standards. </li><li>Perform other related duties as required and assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resources preferred. </li><li>2-5 years in Human Resources or Talent Aquisition or Recruiting (or related experience) required. </li><li>Bilingual in Spanish and English is required </li><li>Proven ability to work independently and take initiative. </li><li>Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. </li><li>Very experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (proficient and efficient). </li><li>Ability to learn new technology systems required. </li><li>Experience working in a position that required attention to detail, flexibility, and a high level of organization.
