The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food service industry with kitchen experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Team Leadership: Lead and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and achieve operational goals. </li><li>Shift Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations during assigned shifts, i closing procedures, staffing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. </li><li>Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety throughout the restaurant and address any issues promptly. </li><li>Food Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and sanitation regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation procedures. </li><li>Problem-Solving: Handle any operational issues or emergencies that arise during shifts, including equipment malfunctions, staffing shortages, or customer incidents; take appropriate action to resolve problems quickly and effectively. </li><li>Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in the kitchen </li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. </li><li>Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. </li><li>Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines; ServSafe certification is preferred. </li><li>Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills. </li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. </li><li>Must be bi-lingual </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
