<p>SUMMARY Supports the Account Executives in the day-to-day servicing of Energy & Marine related accounts. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Exhibits proven competence in all Assistant Account Manager duties and knowledge requirements;</p> <p>Compiles renewal requests to the clients and completes marketing submissions as directed by the Account Executive;</p> <p>Generates insurance proposals, summaries of insurance and policy schedules as needed;</p> <p>Manages the renewal of non-oil and gas lines of coverage, crime bonds and miscellaneous coverages that do not renew with the majority of the account;</p> <p>Discusses and resolves coverage issues for clients under the direction of the Account Executive;</p> <p>Reviews quotes for accuracy, requests, reviews and processes binders;</p> <p>Reviews carrier invoices for accuracy and processes any requests for financing;</p> <p>Requests, calculates and processes Well Reports;</p> <p>Sets up master certificate of insurance within Epic;</p> <p>Processes and provides premium allocations;</p> <p>Reviews and resolves any Accounts Receivables issues on a weekly basis with input from the Account Executive and/or Producer;</p> <p>Works with clients and carriers on processing final audits;</p> <p>Oversees and delegates work to the Assistant Account Manager and Account Representatives;</p> <p>Collection of fees, reconciliation and resolution of any outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing date;</p> <p>Complies with agency management system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information);</p> <p>Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience</p> <p>Six (6) or more years related work experience</p> <p>Experience with oil and gas insurance a plus</p> <p>Valid Insurance License</p> <p>Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal SKILLSExcellent verbal and written communication skills</p> <p>Ability to work within a team and to foster teamwork</p> <p>Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills</p> <p>Good leadership, problem solving and time management skills</p> <p>Ability to prioritize work for multiple projects and deadlines</p> <p>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite#LI-JP1</p>
