You understand the "ounces equal pounds" philosophy and have first-hand experience with what it takes to stay warm, dry, and fueled in remote terrain. </li><li>Authentic Experience: You don't need a manual to explain technical gear-you speak from experience. Your credibility comes from years of mountain miles, not just product training videos. </li><li>Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others. </li><li>Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting. </li><li>Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role.
