Because we value our employees, we strive to provide a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical; dental; 401k; voluntary benefits; disability; life insurance; paid vacation, holiday, volunteer & sick time; paid parental leave; student loan paydown program; and EAP.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the position include:</p> <ul> <li>Contract document management; including, but not limited to updating contract drawings and specifications, RFI and change management (i.e. ASIs, Bulletins, RFQs) and submittals. </li><li>Scanning and uploading documents and emails onto OnBase. </li><li>Soliciting quotes from Suppliers, Vendors and Subcontractors. </li><li>Management of job specific subcontractor related documents as applicable. </li><li>Creating submittals packages; including, but not limited to creating cover sheets, obtaining product data, maintenance information, SDS sheets, LEED letters, and shop drawings. </li><li>Assisting with forecasting / cost analysis </li><li>Research and cost analysis of new products and manufacturers </li><li>Producing cost breakdowns / color coded drawings </li><li>Assisting with change order takeoff / pricing </li><li>Drafting and submitting RFI's </li><li>Assisting with QA process </li><li>Assisting with job close-out process </li><li>Attend and participate in all required company training programs. </li><li>Conform to all company policies and procedures. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>The ideal candidate will possess:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with OST and QuickBid is preferred. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, schedules, and specifications. </li><li>Knowledge of construction budgets, scheduling, and estimating. </li><li>Strong leadership and management abilities. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>High level of organization and multi-tasking skills. </li><li>Knowledge of construction industry products and multi-tasking skills. </li><li>Education: College Degree or Field Experience Preferred </li><li>Salary Range (based on experience) $65,000 -$80,000 </li></ul> <p>E&K is proud to be an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, E-Verify, and Drug Free Employer.
