You have found the right team.</p> <p>As a Market Readiness Manager on the Market Management & Client Solutioning team, you will equip the sales team with the necessary strategy, value proposition and client messaging tools to effectively sell treasury and payments products across all market segments within the Commercial Bank. You will drive a successful sales readiness strategy for product launches.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with strategy and initiative leads to manage projects across various payment product cohorts </li><li>Support development of sales-focused training (industry and persona-based) </li><li>Support development of client messaging (industry and persona-based conversation starters and pitchbooks) </li><li>Support an ambitious roadmap of sales readiness for new products, capabilities, and partnerships </li><li>Lead initiatives and bring new, exciting solutions to market by supporting sales readiness efforts </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of relevant Product, Strategy or Consulting experience within Payables/Commercial Card and/or banking domains </li><li>Ability to translate product vision into sales and customer-friendly language, followed by execution of a go-to-market product launch </li><li>Proven track record collaborating across cross-functional teams, such as Product, Operations, Service, Sales, Onboarding, Marketing and Finance </li><li>Sales enablement experience with bringing new product capabilities to market and supporting sales education </li><li>Ability to communicate complex ideas, storytelling (verbal and written), and influence both upward and downward </li><li>Demonstrated communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes on simultaneous projects </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree and strong MS Office skills required; MBA preferred </li><li>Nice-to-have: Good knowledge of traditional and emerging methods of payment (e.g., ACH, Wire, Real Time Payments, Wallets and Card) </li></ul>
