<p>Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Land Development with a background in civil engineering to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to lead a variety of land development projects and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee and guide design teams on residential and commercial development projects </li><li>Manage multiple projects, including timelines, budgets, and client communications </li><li>Coordinate with local and state agencies for permitting and regulatory compliance </li><li>Support business development efforts by identifying new project opportunities </li><li>Ensure quality and consistency in project deliverables* Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering </li><li>Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred </li><li>10+ years of experience in civil engineering </li><li>Proven experience in project management </li><li>Experience working in Florida or similar regulatory environments is a plus </li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills </li><li>Ability to manage teams and maintain client relationships </li><li>Solid understanding of land development, stormwater, and utility design </li><li>Proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD and other relevant tools </li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative </li></ul>
