<p>Position Overview</p> <p>As an Overage, Shortage & Damages Team Member, you will be part of the team that manages the proper disposition of damaged and returned product. You will receive over-shipments and damaged product from customers and the warehouse and repack the salvageable product.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm</p> <p>Location: 2215 Union Avenue Sheboygan, WI 53081</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>You will contribute by:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Retrieve and remove damaged product from the case and repackage the salvageable product to return to the warehouse</p> </li><li> <p>Stack product that cannot be sold to the customers on a pallet, shrink wrap and load on a trailer to be shipped to another facility</p> </li><li> <p>Record receipt of returned products from in-bound trailers in proper manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep work area clean and sanitary by sweeping and mopping floors and stacking product</p> </li><li> <p>Travel Required: No</p> </li></ul> <p>Your work environment may include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Grocery (dry goods) - about 50°- 90°</p> </li><li> <p>Perishable (Refrigerated) - about 28°- 60°</p> </li><li> <p>Frozen - about -20° - 0°</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills</p> <p>Physical abilities: Ability to lift between 30 - 70 lbs, walk/ stand up to 12 hrs. Must be able to work in varying temperatures. Capable of operating the necessary equipment. Must be able to work an eight hour shift with occasional overtime.
