Actual pay is based on years of experience as a Registered Nurse. In addition, OSF Healthcare qualifies for the Public Student Loan Forgiveness program! </li></ul> <p>Overview</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY: The RN Hospital utilizes the nursing process and the standards of nursing care in the delivery of patient care and manages assigned personnel and promotes collaboration among the allied services.</p> <p>STATEMENT OF POSTING: Should there be no fully qualified candidates, may consider candidates with 3 years of RN experience.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Associates </li><li>Experience: All experience noted must be as an RN. One year experience in an emergency department within the past five years. </li><li>Licensure/ Certification: Must be licensed as a REGISTERED NURSE in the State of Michigan. Current CPR Certification and Maintain Certification. Current ACLS certification. Must successfully complete PALS within 1 year of hire or transfer and maintain certification thereafter. Must successfully complete triage course and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) when assigned by manager. </li><li>Other skills/ knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
