<p>Schedule</p> <p>Monday through Friday 8a-5p</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>Manage DCU's investor mortgage portfolios, including calling in daily remittances, payoffs, monthly reconciliation, delinquency reporting, and modifications. </li><li>Responsible for the accounting, analysis, and administration of all mortgage escrow accounts, including but not limited to: taxes, PMI, homeowners, force-placed insurance, and delinquent payments. </li><li>Coordinate and correspond with members, vendors and employees for all mortgage servicing needs. </li><li>Prepare, process, and fund all loans for sale to the secondary market investors. </li><li>Maintain all interest rate changes and ensure all general ledgers are current and up to date. </li><li>Provide service excellence by answering phone calls regarding all aspects of mortgage servicing. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations. </li><li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s). </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>2-5 years mortgage or related experience </li></ul> <p>What We Do</p> <p>DCU is the largest credit union headquartered in New England - serving more than one million members in all 50 states.
