<p>Are you ready to design your future?</p> <p>Be our next Mechanical Co-Op!</p> <p>Your work environment at EXP</p> <p>In this role, you will be a part of the Mechanical team, based in our Raleigh, NC office.</p> <p>What a day at EXP has in store for you</p> <ul> <li>Work with engineers to achieve project results timely and accurately. </li><li>Generate drawings from engineer's markups using REVIT. </li><li>Utilize HVAC load calculation software to achieve meaningful results. </li><li>Efficiently research codes, references, standards to assist engineers. </li><li>Generate handwritten calculations and other hand done engineering task assignments. </li><li>Get hands on experience with problem solving in the construction industry. </li><li>Work on exciting projects that are local to the Raleigh area that serve the community. </li><li>Perform site investigations with professional engineers to understand real world applications </li><li>Observe the construction of projects that you had a part of designing. </li></ul> <p>What your experience looks like</p> <ul> <li>At Least Sophomore status in an accredited Bachelor's Degree Program in Mechanical Engineering </li><li>Fluent in engineering problem solving. </li><li>Can communicate ideas and concepts well. </li><li>Has interest in the HVAC consulting industry. </li><li>Comfortable and fluent in basic computer skills including Word and Excel. </li><li>Is a self-starter and results oriented. </li><li>Organized on a daily basis. </li><li>Personable in working with colleagues. </li><li>A level of understanding and experience in CAD/3-D skills. </li></ul>
