Possession of a Master's Degree in Education. 2. Experience as a mentor or master teacher. 3. Successful experience in working in a variety of program and instructional settings. 4. Recent successful educational or academic experience in learning theory and instructional strategies. 5. Expertise in creating and supporting the use of various assessments utilizing technology that results in improved learning for all students. 6. Bilingual/Biliteracy.</p> <p>View Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Must have a clear California Multiple Subject or Single Subject teaching credential. In addition, must have CLAD/BCLAD. - Minimum three (3) years of successful teaching experience with positive evaluations. - Knowledge of and success in promoting instructional techniques and creative approaches that result in improved learning for all students. - Commitment to and support of the District's curricular, instructional and assessment system. - Ability to effectively coach staff members in a professional development setting. - Experience in the planning and delivery of professional development based on student achievement data and adult learning needs. - Broad knowledge of current intervention and educational practices. - Experience working with students with learning difficulties. - Knowledge of effective PLC and RTI processes and strategies. </li><li>Copy of Transcript (official or unofficial) </li><li>Credential Copy (Detailed copy from CTC website listing document number and authorizations) </li><li>English Learner Authorization (or CLAD/BCLAD) </li><li>Letter of Introduction </li><li>Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two letters of recommendation written within the last year. Selected applicants will be notified of the time and place of interviews by the hiring administrator or his/her staff.
