<p>Volunteer & Resource Development Coordinator VISTA</p> <p>This project is located at The Crossing Medical Clinic in Manitowoc, WI, which provides free and low-cost healthcare services to uninsured and underserved individuals in Manitowoc County. The clinic relies on volunteers, partnerships, and donated resources to meet growing community need. To ensure long-term sustainability and expand access to care, the clinic seeks to strengthen its internal systems for volunteer engagement, resource management, and operational processes. The VISTA member will build capacity by developing sustainable systems that improve volunteer coordination, resource tracking, and operational efficiency, enabling the clinic to better serve low-income and uninsured patients. This role focuses on building sustainable systems that strengthen volunteer engagement, improve resource management, and enhance clinic operations. The VISTA member will design volunteer programs, improve tracking systems, develop operational procedures, and support resource coordination efforts that allow the clinic to serve more patients effectively.
