If you're looking for your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step.</p> <p>The Customer Service Support will interact with customers, process orders, and provide information in response to customers' inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services.</p> <p>The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.</p> <p>Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour</p> <p>You will:</p> <ul> <li>Answer customers' calls in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner </li><li>Interface with customers by telephone, electronically, or face-to-face </li><li>Assist in increasing sales and profitability for each account by suggesting new and complementary products and by participating in sales promotions </li><li>Optimize fill rates by providing substitutions for out-of-stock or discontinued items </li><li>When necessary, escalate customer information, problems/needs, and requests to the customer service manager </li></ul> <p>You have:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent </li><li>2 years of customer service experience </li><li>2 years of data entry experience </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with using other software </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li></ul>
