<p>What You'll Do</p> <p>HR Support</p> <ul> <li></li><li>Assist with on-boarding tasks, new-hire paperwork, orientation prep, and employee experience initiatives </li><li>Coordinate interviews, schedule candidate meetings, and support Talent Acquisition </li><li>Maintain critical files, forms, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality </li><li>Support employee events, training, and employee engagement activities </li></ul> <p>Office Operations</p> <ul> <li></li><li>Answer and direct incoming calls </li><li>Greet visitors and create a positive experience for employees and guests </li><li>Maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships </li><li>Coordinate meeting schedules, conference rooms, and office logistics </li><li>Prepare and format internal documents, communications, and reports </li><li>Keep the office running smoothly by proactively identifying needs and improving processes </li><li>Provide administrative support to RLW Leadership and Project Teams as needed </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li></li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment </li><li>Excellent communication and people skills - friendly, approachable, and service-oriented </li><li>Comfort working in HR-related tasks and handling confidential information </li><li>A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and solve problems </li><li>Experience in HR support, office management/coordination, or administrative roles preferred (construction industry experience is a bonus!) </li><li>Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer: We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, genetic information, marital status, military status, membership or activity in a local human rights commission, or status with regard to public assistance, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</p> <p>#LI-ER1</p>
