They will also provide coverage for the Plattsmouth Health Center, in Plattsmouth, NE. The Clinic Operations Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, coordinating staff activities, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Problem solve and work in collaboration with management, providers, and clinical and support staff to ensure compliance with clinical and clerical policies and procedures and customer satisfaction.</p> <p>Required Qualifications: Clinic Operations Lead</p> <ul> <li>High school education or equivalent required. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field OR equivalent combination of education/experience including one year of healthcare combined (One year of experience equals one year of education) required. </li><li>Ability to problem solve required. </li><li>Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills required. </li><li>Ability to multi-task required. </li><li>Demonstrated organizational and leadership skills required. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications: Clinic Operations Lead</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in healthcare preferred. </li><li>Medical Assistant Diploma preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel preferred. </li></ul> <p>Nebraska Medicine is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
