This position is based at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, MA.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The individual shall be able to plan, build, coordinate, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). </li><li>The individual shall communicate and coordinate IMS activities among the functional disciplines within the PMO. </li><li>The individual shall provide IMS technical products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams, etc.). </li><li>The individual shall ensure integrated schedule management technical support to system acquisition processes and collaborate and incorporate key schedule requirements to ensure mission success. </li><li>The individual shall support requirements development, plan preparation, and assess the ability to achieve results. </li><li>The individual shall communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status to the customer, the project team, and management. </li><li>The individual shall take corrective actions as necessary to achieve the end result. </li><li>The individual shall have an advanced understanding of scheduling tools, including Microsoft Office Project. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, 3 of which must be within the DoD </li><li>Ability to assimilate information quickly, communicate effectively, and remain organized to monitor progress toward the accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives </li><li>Work proactively, with minimal supervision, and effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.) </li><li>Experience planning, building, and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) </li><li>Proficiency with scheduling tools, especially Microsoft Project </li><li>Ability to develop and communicate IMS products (e.g., GANTT charts, network diagrams) </li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills to track progress and implement corrective actions </li><li>Ability to coordinate across functional teams and support requirements development and planning </li></ul> <p>Details:</p> <ul> <li>Job Title: Project Scheduler II </li><li>Location: Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA </li><li>Clearance Requirement: MUST have an active US security clearance </li><li>Assignment Type: Full-time, Onsite </li><li>Salary Range: $95,000 to $125,000 annually </li></ul>
