<p>BlueForce Inc is seeking a Standards and Evaluation (Stan/Eval) Support in support of the Combat Air Forces (CAF) Fighter Squadron (FS), United States Air Force Warfare Center (USAFWC) flying units, and Air Support Operations Squadrons (ASOS) in multiple locations including Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ; Eglin AFB, FL; Hill AFB, UT; Langley AFB, VA; Moody AFB, GA; Nellis AFB, NV; Shaw AFB, SC; and Tyndall AFB, FL.</p> <ul> <li>Subject to Contract Award* </li></ul> <p>Duties and responsibilities:</p> <p>Tasks the Contractor shall perform include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accountability and control of flight-testing materials. </li><li>Update data in PEX, GTIMS, or future Government-mandated equivalent systems, and locally developed computer database systems. </li><li>Interface with HARM personnel to update the ARMS (or future Government-mandated equivalent systems). </li><li>Coordinate with the training officer to review and update student and permanent party records, folders, and grade books IAW applicable AFIs/AFMANs, associated MAJCOM Installation supplements, and locally developed guidance. </li><li>Notify crewmembers, scheduling, and unit leadership of upcoming and overdue testing, evaluation, and training requirements via e-mail, telephone, or in person. </li><li>Perform testing for administrator duties/function for the unit. </li><li>Conduct monthly reviews of aircrews entering the first month of evaluation eligibility period. </li><li>Assist in the interpretation of AFIs/AFMANs and provide guidance to personnel assigned to Stan/Eval shops to help track training and readiness status of squadron personnel. </li><li>Support Stan/Eval Government-assigned Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) personnel with EFB Program. </li><li>Prepare and provide Stan/Eval products which may include but are not limited to: </li><li>Evaluating testing status and trend data reports </li><li>AF Form 8, Certificate of Aircrew Qualification </li><li>Standardization Evaluation Board (SEB) reports every six months </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Secret Security Clearance. </li><li>2 years of experience working in a squadron (CAF FS/USAFWC/ASOS), group, or wing Stan/Eval program OR 5 years of experience working in a DoD flying squadron, group, or wing Stan/Eval program. </li><li>2 years of experience using PEX (FS) or TACTICS (ASOS) or similar scheduling program. </li><li>2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite. </li></ul>
