If you share our passion for patient-centered care, you are made for this!</p> <p>Our Full Time Home Health Registered Nurses enjoy some notable benefits:</p> <p>Supportive Leadership</p> <p>Company Car Use</p> <p>Electronic charting and documentation</p> <p>Online training, growth and ability to earn CEUs</p> <p>Tuition discounts through Rasmussen University</p> <p>PTO, Holiday Pay, Medical/Dental/Vision & 401(k) Benefits</p> <p>As a Full Time Home Health RN, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:</p> <p>Full time salaried bi-weekly position working in a variety of settings including the office, field work in client homes and community settings, with some work from home Services provided to the entire territory for this office</p> <p>Complete OASIS Start of Care Admissions and Re certifications</p> <p>Coordinate care needs for Home Health Patients</p> <p>Provide Skilled Nurse Visits to Home Health patients often after discharge from a hospital, rehab or nursing facility</p> <p>Work with the interdisciplinary team and oversee LPNs, CNAs and home health aides</p> <p>Assess patients, do assessments, document progress and report changes to their physician</p> <p>Educate patients on their plan of care, prescribed medication, therapy, diet and exercise</p> <p>Coach family members on the patient's plan of care, medication and home safety</p> <p>Ensure goals are met and coordinate discharge from services</p> <p>Evaluate candidates for Nurse Delegation for non-skilled clients</p> <p>Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement tasks</p> <p>A few must-haves for Home Health Registered Nurses:</p> <p>Experience with OASIS or AXXESS</p> <p>Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion</p> <p>Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in Texas</p> <p>Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in Home Health</p> <p>CPR certification</p> <p>Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations</p> <p>Why Work for Interim HealthCare?</p> <p>Founded in 1966, Interim HealthCare is the nation's first home care company and a leading employer of Registered Nurses (RNs).
