<p>Summary:</p> <p>The form setter builds wood and/or metal forms for the construction of concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters and other concrete structures.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <p>Build and lay out forms as required according to specifications with the ability to make calculations depending on grades</p> <p>Fill form with fill material and compact with tamper or compactor to bring to required grade</p> <p>Clean work site of any tools, debris and equipment</p> <p>Qualification Requirements:</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
