Join our growing, innovation-driven team today.</p> <p>We are looking for a Night Auditor to join the team at Laurel Crest Resort. If you are passionate about building lasting vacation memories for owners/guest visiting our resort properties! If you enjoy helping guests and owners make memories of a lifetime by enjoying vacations, this is an outstanding opportunity for you.</p> <p>Schedule Details: 11pm to 7am, 2 days a week.</p> <p>What will I be doing?</p> <ul> <li>Ensures that every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience while checking them in and out of the property and responding to their requests. </li><li>Follows proper audit procedures to balance daily revenue and expense transactions, identifies the causes of out-of-balance situations in a timely manner, produces various reports for management and takes initiative to correct errors to prevent reoccurrence. </li><li>Ensures that all charges have been properly posted to the appropriate guest folio or master account, balanced with all supporting documentation </li><li>Reconciles all charges to the general ledger. </li><li>Prepares back-up files and closes out shift and day on reservation system, including preparing system for next day of business. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by your leader. </li></ul> <p>What are we looking for:</p> <p>To fulfill this role optimally, you possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma/GED </li><li>1 year Auditing experience is preferred. </li><li>1 year of Front Desk experience </li><li>Previous experience with cash handling </li><li>Anticipates customer needs and thinks about how work impacts them. </li><li>Builds confidence in self and others with honest and dependable interactions. </li></ul> <p>Must be adaptable to working a variety of shifts, including on weekends as well as holidays.</p> <p>Extraordinary People,</p> <p>Exceptional Benefits on Day One</p> <p>Benefits start on your first day of work with no waiting period!</p> <p>Hilton Grand Vacations is committed to putting people first.
