LSI's management team is focused on continued profitable growth.</p> <p>We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouser to support our team at our corporate location in Cincinnati, Ohio</p> <ul> <li>Hours: Monday - Friday | 7am - 3pm </li><li>Pay Rate: $15/hr. </li></ul> <p>Summary:</p> <p>The Warehouser position is responsible for accurately picking, verifying, and transferring material physically all around the factory. They will also use an RF Scan Gun to transact the inventory in our system accurately as well when completing the following duties:</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Read and comprehend materials lists and part numbers to move inventory. </li><li>Count parts being transferred and maintain inventory accuracy. </li><li>Stack picked materials on carts or pallets using trained methods so that parts are not damaged and are easily accessible to others. </li><li>Verify a quantity of parts in a pick or location through counting. </li><li>Operate a hand pallet jack or pushcart to transport materials. </li><li>Working on their feet and accessing different parts from different level planes, on the floor or in a rack. </li><li>Consolidation of parts into the correct maintained locations </li><li>Maintain 5S standards set forth by Supervisor </li></ul> <p>Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and packing. </li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Integrity in doing their best even during tasks with minimal supervision. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse. </li><li>Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors. </li><li>Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred, but not required. </li><li>Operation of a hoist and/or pallet jack for larger components/skids </li><li>Prior picking and RF scan gun experience. </li><li>Tow Motor Experience is a plus. </li><li>Able to lift 20-60 pounds. </li><li>Able to be on feet and walking all day. </li><li>Able to walk up and down step ladder to access parts. </li><li>Comfort using scanners and computers. </li><li>Ability to be both an independent and team player. </li><li>Ability to problem solve. </li><li>Ability to do basic math. </li><li>Preferred ability to read English. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Vision insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li></ul> <p>EEOC:</p> <p>LSI is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
