<p>Overview</p> <p>The Systems & Network Administrator will play a critical role in supporting Surf Internet's IT infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of IT, this role will manage core enterprise platforms, administer secure access tools, and maintain reliable office network operations. The administrator will also serve as an escalation point for IT Support Specialists, ensuring systems and services remain secure, compliant, and optimized for company growth.</p> <p>Reports To: Director of IT</p> <p>Department: IT</p> <p>Job Status: Exempt</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Enterprise Systems & Application Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with internal SMEs to support:</p> </li><li> <p>MBS (OSS/BSS) - operational support system/business support system</p> </li><li> <p>Sitetracker - fiber construction project management</p> </li><li> <p>NetSuite - ERP system</p> </li><li> <p>Act as primary administrator for:</p> </li><li> <p>Call Center solution (currently Intermedia, migrating to a new platform)</p> </li><li> <p>Okta - identity and access management</p> </li><li> <p>NinjaOne - endpoint management and patch compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Microsoft 365 - Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune licensing & policies</p> </li></ul> <p>Zero Trust / Security Access</p> <ul> <li>Administer and support Cloudflare ZTNA for secure access to company resources. </li><li>Work with Surf's IT security arm to ensure access and identity policies are built in compliance with company security standards. </li><li>Support log forwarding and ingestion into Surf's SIEM for monitoring by the managed SOC. </li><li>Collaborate with the network team to onboard and maintain network device logs within the SIEM. </li><li>Troubleshoot secure access issues and adjust policies as needed. </li></ul> <p>Network Administration (Corporate Offices)</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and maintain office networks, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Firewalls, switches, routing, and wireless infrastructure</p> </li><li> <p>VPN or secure remote access solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Monitoring and troubleshooting connectivity issues</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure redundancy, performance, and uptime across office environments.</p> </li></ul> <p>Support & Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Serve as an escalation point for IT Support Specialists in troubleshooting complex issues. </li><li>Provide Tier 2/3 support for end-user systems and applications. </li><li>Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc IT projects and integrations. </li></ul> <p>Maintain accurate system and network documentation</p>
