This role supports students by coordinating exam scheduling, verifying accommodations, and administering tests in a manner that upholds exam integrity and adheres to all established policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for providing frontline operations support, serving as the primary exam proctor, and maintaining a testing environment that is responsive to the diverse needs of all students. Additionally, the role is responsible for safeguarding testing materials, monitoring exam sessions, enforcing testing protocols, and promptly reporting any testing irregularities to the Testing Coordinator.</p> <p>Primary Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Conduct computer-based, internet-based, and paper-pencil exams in accordance with all testing policies, procedures, and security protocols. </li><li>Staff the Testing Center front desk, provide customer service to students and faculty, and serve as the primary proctor during all testing sessions. </li><li>Enforce guidelines and policies set forth by the testing companies.
