<p>Come Join the Winning Team! Bergen Pipe Support. is currently hiring for a full-time Manufacturing Administrator to work out of one of our offices in Donora PA.? The Administrator is responsible for performing a full range of duties which include but are not limited to, reception, customer service, order entry, and shipping.</p> <p>Essential Duties: Reception</p> <p>Answer incoming telephone calls and route callers to appropriate personnel.</p> <p>Exhibits calm and concerning demeanor while directing callers.</p> <p>Customer Service</p> <p>Researches, resolves and responds to inquiries/concerns from internal and/or external customers. Escalates complex issues for resolution as appropriate.</p> <p>Prints customer orders for production and enters orders into the AS-400 system.</p> <p>Shipping</p> <p>Preparing shipments for postal or commercial conveyance determines the most economical and efficient shipping method.</p> <p>Prepare bills of lading; checks items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct.</p> <p>Trace lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments; initiates proof of delivery documents.</p> <p>In addition to the above main duties, support work may also be required in other departments, as deemed reasonable by the Operations Manager.</p> <p>Days/Shift:</p> <p>Monday thru Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm</p> <p>Ideal Candidate:</p> <p>High School diploma or GED.</p> <p>Background in manufacturing is desirable.</p> <p>Strong customer service skills.</p> <p>Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.</p> <p>Computer skills, including data entry and MS Office.</p> <p>Benefit Highlights:</p> <p>Weekly pay Competitive salary pay based on experience 8 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays Paid Time Off Low affordable rates for Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance as well other benefits such as 401k with company matching, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Growth Opportunities</p> <p>Carpenter & Paterson specializes in the manufacture and distribution of a complete line of pipe hangers and supports for commercial and industrial applications since 1913.
