<p>We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the Sales team by providing data analysis, reporting and insights to optimize sales processes, enhance productivity and drive revenue growth. The position involves a blend of data management, process optimization and strategic decision-making. In this role, you also will prepare regular sales performance reports as well as develop customer tools and compile audits that highlight key metrics and the status of Lakeshore's sales pipeline. The ideal candidate can also juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy, in addition to possessing a basic understanding of SQL</p> <p>A day on the job looks like this:</p> <ul> <li>Create valuable audit insights based on designated sales activity requirements </li><li>Gather and organize sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement </li><li>Ensure data completeness and accuracy among all aspects of reporting </li><li>Manipulate data from multiple sources to create coherent reports </li><li>Assist in the maintenance of sales technology tools, such as sales analytics platforms and data visualization tools </li><li>Utilize visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Microsoft Fabric/Power BI) to present information in easily digestible graphs and charts </li><li>Export data from Salesforce, data lakes, BI and/or company data tables based on the specific report requirements </li><li>Provide written and/or verbal analysis of gathered data to management team </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Bid Department and IT - to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy </li></ul> <p>Got the skills and experience?
