<p>Piper Companies is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical Operations to join a contract research organization located in Bethesda, MD.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Associate Director include:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee clinical operations, including project management, site management, and systems management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. </li><li>Support government and commercial contracts across various therapeutic areas, such as infectious diseases, oncology, and medical devices. </li><li>Manage project deliverables within budget and timelines, providing operational expertise and ensuring high-quality outcomes. </li><li>Communicate effectively within a matrix management structure, representing the clinical team in cross-functional collaborations. </li><li>Lead and support clinical operations strategy, ensuring inspection readiness and contributing to corporate initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications for the Associate Director include:</p> <ul> <li>B.S with 10 years of experience in a CRO </li><li>Need experience in centralized monitoring </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the Associate Director includes:</p> <ul> <li>Rate Range: $135,000 - $165,000 Per Year </li><li>Comprehensive Benefit Package: Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K.
