<p>We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in ISG Fixed Income Operations to support Morgan Stanley's FID Secured Lending (FSL) Business. The Associate will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and ongoing servicing of its warehouse and other credit facilities secured by collateral including mortgages, hard assets, and equity pledges. Read on…</p> <p>What you'll do in the role:</p> <ul> <li>Execute processes/functions and/or support process management and project efforts, leveraging knowledge of the systems, markets and instruments that influence the team </li><li>Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and contribute to process improvements </li><li>Build relationships within team and internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to contribute to team output </li><li>Participate in projects and initiatives, aiding in solution formulation with a focus on timely execution </li><li>Review of relevant credit and closing documentation to build out loan facilities in internal booking systems </li><li>Daily loan servicing including borrowing/funding requests, settlement/paydown processing </li><li>Collateral review and management: load and review of daily custodial reports; coordinate with external document custodian on exceptions. </li><li>Execution of collateral releases for the shipment of loan documents to investors purchasing loans off the warehouse line. </li><li>Borrowing base management: monitoring warehouse line expiration dates, advance limits and deficiencies; coordinate with client and Business Unit as needed.
