<p>Position: TWI Trainer</p> <p>Area: Training and Development - AIS</p> <p>Reports to: Training Managers</p> <p>Supervises: Trainers on 2nd and 3rd Shift</p> <p>FLSA: Hourly, Non-Exempt</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Ensure the proper execution of training programs on the assigned shift by supervising, guiding, and supporting trainers, ensuring that operational employees acquire the necessary skills to meet AIS quality, safety, and productivity standards.</p> <p>Main Responsibilities</p> <p>Coach Supervision</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate, guide, and monitor the work of trainers on the shift. </li><li>Review training plans and validate compliance with established standards. </li></ul> <p>Training Management</p> <ul> <li>Ensure that all teaching methods are properly applied (including TWI). </li><li>Plan and coordinate operator certifications with trainers. </li><li>Ensure training materials are updated and standardized. </li><li>Audit training sessions to validate quality and adherence to standards. </li><li>Provide ongoing feedback to trainers and operators in development. </li><li>Identify training needs and skill gaps on the shift. </li><li>Lead, motivate, and develop the trainers on shift. </li><li>Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement (Kaizen). </li><li>Report key training indicators for the shift (certifications, rotation of trained employees, training duration). </li><li>Coordinate with Production and other departments to ensure availability of training resources. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Technical or professional degree in a related field (preferred). </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 years of experience as a trainer at AIS or in similar training roles. </li><li>Knowledge of production processes and operation of equipment relevant to the area. </li></ul> <p>Technical Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>TWI-based training methods and programs. </li><li>Industrial safety and applicable quality standards. </li><li>Management of performance and training metrics. </li></ul> <p>Soft Skills</p> <ul> <li>Strong leadership and team motivation skills. </li><li>Effective verbal and written communication. </li><li>Organization and planning abilities. </li><li>Ability to provide constructive feedback. </li><li>Adaptability and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Bilingual Preferred </li></ul> <p>Key Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Inspirational leadership </li><li>Results-oriented mindset </li><li>Continuous improvement (Kaizen) </li><li>Team collaboration </li></ul> <p>Evaluation Metrics</p> <ul> <li>Compliance with the established training plan for the shift. </li><li>Operator certification rate. </li><li>Quality of audited training sessions. </li><li>Turnover rate of trained personnel. </li><li>Feedback from trainers and operators. </li></ul> <p>Disclaimer / Legal Notice</p> <p>At AIS, we have a strong set of values that guide our business and help us align with our customers.</p> <p>We listen to our Customers.
