This role is also responsible for maintaining a clean, serene, and inviting spa environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing and memorable experience.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Prepares treatment rooms and spaces for guest arrival, including cleaning, sanitation, stocking/restocking supplies, and replacing linen. </li><li>Greets guests & members, providing information and directions as necessary. </li><li>Instructs guests where they may change and/or dress for Oceantides Spa treatments and experiences. </li><li>Maintai sanitary and safe condition to include shower areas, vanities and Aquavana spaces. </li><li>Maintain all guest lounge and deck areas in neat and sanitary condition. </li><li>Maintain Spa Garden spaces in a fashion that ensures neat, safe and sanitary conditions. </li><li>Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of the Canyon Ranch Café Outlet as necessary to ensure neat and clean conditions. </li><li>Ensure that guests are properly checked in and out of lockers as necessary. </li><li>Participates in periodic product inventory as directed. </li><li>Conducts tours of the spa and related facilities. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age </li><li>Must be able to lift, hold, and carry 31-40 pounds </li><li>Must have availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, holidays, mornings and evening shifts. </li></ul>
