proactive leader with big-picture thinking and a proven track record of strategic leadership in shopper marketing and commerce initiatives. </li><li>Someone to develop and execute shopper marketing strategies to influence purchasing decisions at the point of sale, both online and offline. </li><li>A candidate to lead and mentor the Account Management Team, focusing on shopper marketing and commerce expertise. </li><li>A professional to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, particularly those focused on shopper marketing and commerce. </li><li>Someone to drive revenue growth and expansion by identifying new commerce opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling relevant services, and developing strategies to increase shopper lifetime value. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement integrated shopper marketing and commerce strategies aligned with brand and retailer objectives. </li><li>Manage the creative process and brief the creative team, ensuring concepts resonate with shoppers and drive conversions. </li><li>Proactively identify opportunities for practice evolution in the rapidly changing landscape of shopper marketing and commerce. </li><li>Work with the team to develop innovative concepts and supporting tactics for in-store, online, and omnichannel activations. </li><li>Be responsible for compensation proposals, ensuring profitability and value delivery for shopper marketing and commerce initiatives. </li><li>Function as the primary liaison to middle and senior clients regarding shopper marketing and commerce strategy, service-related, legal, and policy issues. </li><li>Support/provide strategic leadership to clients/client leads/agency and help in identifying growth opportunities and action plans for client's shopper marketing and commerce goals. </li><li>Provide support to client lead to effectively manage high-level global clients with a focus on shopper-centric strategies. </li><li>Manage internal client income projection and identify sources of incremental growth within shopper marketing and commerce. </li><li>Manage resources to ensure client profitability, focusing on shopper marketing and commerce projects. </li><li>Oversee tracking of financial forecasting/tracking and reporting and flag any potential projected income variance to Senior Management, specifically related to shopper marketing and commerce. </li><li>Work with client lead for overall staffing/resource allocation, ensuring the right talent is assigned to shopper marketing and commerce initiatives. </li><li>Manage client billing and financial status reports at a higher level, with a focus on shopper marketing and commerce performance. </li><li>Partner with strategic planning and creative teams for concept development, ensuring shopper insights are at the forefront. </li><li>Interact with all agency department heads to clearly outline current and projected workload on a quarterly basis for planning purposes, with an emphasis on shopper marketing and commerce. </li><li>Nurture the career development of junior staff by mentoring and providing ongoing informal and formal performance feedback, specifically related to shopper marketing and commerce skills. </li><li>Identify and suggest Training/Development needs for direct reports, focusing on the latest trends and technologies in shopper marketing and commerce. </li><li>Analyze shopper behavior and purchasing decisions at the point of sale, both online and offline. </li><li>Stay up-to-date on shopper trends, behaviors, and preferences by conducting market research, analyzing data, and understanding the target audience to develop effective strategies. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>A strong, proactive leader possessing big-picture thinking and a deep understanding of shopper behavior and the retail landscape. </li><li>Someone with sound analytical skills, ideally with Nielsen or IRI familiarity, and the ability to translate data into actionable shopper marketing insights. </li><li>Someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, with seasoned presentation skills tailored to shopper marketing and commerce audiences. </li><li>An excellent individual with interpersonal skills and a team player attitude, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and clients in the shopper marketing and commerce space. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>A proven track record of strategic leadership in e-Comm, digital, in-store visibility, and shopper marketing both in agency and CPG brand management (15+ years). </li><li>Deep understanding of shopper marketing principles, retail environments, and consumer behavior.
