Specialized experience is experience in 1) Evaluating work performance of subordinates; giving advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters; interviewing candidates for positions; recommending appointment, promotion, or reassignment. 2) Researching and determining or recommending appropriate actions or interpretation of issues that impact organization, installation, command, or agency. 3) Establishing review systems for the organization that make certain government needs are met and validated, and that economy and quality of operations are maintained or improved. 4) Developing goals and objectives that integrate organization objectives. 5) Meeting with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolving significant problems that arise.</p> <p>NOTE: Due to the use of 120-day rosters, this period of experience may be completed within 120 days of the closing date of this announcement.</p> <p>Ideal Candidate:</p> <p>The ideal candidate for this senior leadership position is a strategic and results-driven professional dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our installation's diverse community.
