<p>About the Job</p> <p>Client Relationship Management:</p> <p>Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients (CXOs and his reportees), acting as a point of contact, and addressing their needs.</p> <p>Business Development:</p> <p>Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing client accounts, as well as prospecting for new clients.</p> <p>Account Planning:</p> <p>Developing and executing account plans that outline strategies for growth, risk mitigation, and client engagement.</p> <p>Solution Delivery:</p> <p>Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of services and solutions, meeting client expectations.</p> <p>Client Satisfaction:</p> <p>Monitoring client outcomes, addressing concerns, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. Work with a friendly, welcoming, and self-motivated attitude to provide the best possible customer experience and centricity</p> <p>Thought Leadership, Automation and Innovation:</p> <p>Providing insights and thought leadership to clients on industry trends and best practices.</p> <p>Collaboration:</p> <p>Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to achieve common goals.</p> <p>Revenue Generation and continuous growth:</p> <p>Driving revenue growth through new business development and account expansion. Develop and assess account strategies to meet revenue targets</p> <p>Training and Development:</p> <p>Providing training to clients and internal teams on new products or services.</p> <p>Industry Experience & Problem Solving:</p> <p>Understanding of Utility Business Industry. Proactively identifying and resolving issues or challenges that may arise.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate /Post Graduate Degree in Engineering and Technology </li><li>13-15 years of experience </li><li>5 days in office </li></ul> <p>Salary range: $145,000 - $205,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-MG2</p>
