<p>Role OverviewSodexo is hiring our General Manager Custodial Operations for a potential sale in the Greater Detroit Metropolitan area. Our leader will manage custodial operations across the K-12 environments, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong client relationships, and a culture of engaged, high-performing teams. This role will serve as the day-to-day face of the operation for C-suite stakeholders in the unit, while also working side-by-side with frontline cleaning crews to model excellence, drive quality outcomes, and elevate the overall campus experience. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments and understands the unique demands of educational facilities.
