<p>Position Description</p> <p>The primary role of adjunct faculty is to facilitate student learning by using effective methods of teaching. Faculty enhance the learning process through educational and discipline-specific professional and development activities.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualifications: The successful candidate will possess an earned MBA or a master's degree in Human Resources AND additional work experience in the field of Human Resources. The best candidate will have some experience teaching in a community college setting.</p> <p>Classes are offered in person during the day, candidate with open availability preferred.</p> <p>Employment and Benefits</p> <p>In special circumstances, course pay (compensation) may be higher for hard to staff courses or may be lower for low enrollment courses.
