<p>We're seeking a highly motivated Digital Support Specialist to support our internal teams and clients by providing essential web, digital, and IT support.</p> <p>This Orlando, FL based, junior-level role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, has a knack for problem-solving, and enjoys being the go-to person for technical needs. You'll work closely with media, social, account, and development teams to ensure seamless digital execution, reliable tech operations, and efficient internal workflows.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Web & Content Support</p> <p>Manage content updates and ongoing maintenance across client websites (primarily Drupal and WordPress)</p> <p>Upload creative assets, copy, and digital content in line with campaign schedules</p> <p>Conduct QA to ensure web elements render correctly and function as intended</p> <p>Assist with form integrations, embed codes, and plugin troubleshooting</p> <p>Digital Campaign Execution</p> <p>Support the media and social teams by:</p> <p>Maintain shared campaign tracking systems to ensure assets and specs are implemented accurately</p> <p>Internal Tech & IT Support</p> <p>Set up and troubleshoot computers for new hires and existing employees</p> <p>Provide support for printers, Wi-Fi/network connectivity, and basic IT issues</p> <p>Assist with email configuration, file access issues, and general desktop software needs</p> <p>Manage inventory of tech hardware and coordinate replacements/updates as needed</p> <p>Hosting, Domains & Server Support</p> <p>Help manage domain registrations, DNS settings, and SSL renewals</p> <p>Monitor basic server uptime and escalate issues to development partners</p> <p>Assist in documentation of hosting credentials, server access, and process guides</p> <p>Media & Analytics Support (as needed)</p> <p>Provide troubleshooting of Google Tag Manager, tag misfires, or pixel-related issues</p> <p>Assist in communication and coordination with media tech vendors (e.g., TikTok, Meta, Google) to resolve technical issues</p> <p>Help QA URLs, UTM parameters, and ensure proper tracking implementation pre-campaign launch</p> <p>Occasionally assist with gathering or formatting basic performance data for reports or dashboards</p> <p>Required Skills & Qualifications:</p> <p>Proficiency in Drupal and WordPress CMS platforms</p> <p>Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS, and content formatting</p> <p>Understanding of hosting environments, DNS settings, and basic web infrastructure</p> <p>Proficiency with Google Workspace, basic Excel/Sheets, and ticketing tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, or similar)</p> <p>Tech-savvy with a can-do attitude and ability to troubleshoot independently</p> <p>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments</p> <p>Ideal Traits:</p> <p>Naturally curious and eager to learn new systems and tools</p> <p>Energetic, reliable, and organized</p> <p>Comfortable working in a hybrid support role across digital marketing and IT</p> <p>Thrives on solving problems and bringing clarity to technical situations</p> <p>Enjoys being a "fixer" and stepping in to help wherever needed</p> <p>No recruiters, please.</p>
