<p>Clean Team/Provantage, a consolidator of leading specialty cleaning services and contractor services providers across Ohio and the mid-Atlantic region, is recruiting a second shift part-time traveling floor technician for its rapidly growing platform of diverse client locations.</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced floor technician to oversee the operations in Dayton and Cincinnati. The goal for this role is to ensure client contracts are met while exceeding expectations and efficiency. A successful floor technician will have a lead with service attitude and own the outcome regardless of the result.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Performs all types of floor care and maintenance throughout the facility, including hard surfaces and carpeting. </li><li>Cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning. </li><li>Adhere to all organizational safety, risk management and infection control standards. </li><li>Cleans and performs routine maintenance on floor equipment. </li><li>Maintains accurate floor care logs and checklists. </li><li>Operates all equipment with care according to facility and manufacturers safety standards and procedures. </li><li>Performs project work and specialty tasks according to facility needs. </li><li>Follow all infection prevention practices (i.e., proper cleaning process, hand hygiene, standard & isolation precautions where and if required with proper use of personal Protect Equipment (PPE). </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. </li><li>Keen sense of service and passion for the Company transformation; thrives on change, pace, action, and accountability. </li><li>Access to reliable transportation. </li><li>Possess a clean driving record. </li><li>Pass a background check based on client contract guidelines. </li><li>Vaccine requirements based on client contract guidelines. </li><li>Stand for eight or more hours. </li><li>Ability to squat and bend repetitively. </li><li>Use a floor buffer, floor stripper or carpet extractor daily. </li><li>Lift 50-75 pounds. </li></ul>
