<p>Responsibilities & Expectations</p> <p>The Field Operations Leader (FOL) is tasked with leading a team of at Protectors, wherein you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the detail, policies, and procedures. The FOL holds the point position in the eyes of the client as the trusted, senior most on-site leader. Scheduling, personnel management, proactive and good communication are a must have for the FOL Role.</p> <p>The following are basic functions and responsibilities of this role:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure the overall safety and security of protectees/corporate employees. </li><li>Monitoring security systems and technology tools for various properties to include alarms and cameras. </li><li>Access control for visitors, employees, and vendors. </li><li>Opportunities for travel/special assignments. </li><li>Effectively build relationship and communicate with key staff and employee stakeholders. </li><li>Maintain discretion and confidentiality. </li><li>Ability to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays). </li><li>Partner with various intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats. </li><li>Detect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilities. </li><li>Be able to operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in Executive Protection, Law Enforcement, or Military</p> </li><li> <p>Required - DC CCW or LEOSA</p> </li><li> <p>Current CPR/AED/BLS</p> </li><li> <p>Participation in random drug screenings.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays).</p> </li><li> <p>Must successfully complete a 10-day training course, that includes a physical readiness test and basic swimming evaluation, prior to offer of employment. Team members must always maintain physical readiness to respond to an attack or hazard.</p> </li><li> <p>Pass pre-employment background investigation.</p> </li><li> <p>Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Possess a valid and current California driver license</p> </li><li> <p>Possess a valid U.S Passport</p> </li><li> <p>Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence (prior experience in customer service or hospitality industries preferred).</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)</p> </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior ERT, military, law enforcement, RST, PSD, or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation. </li><li>Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc. </li><li>A valid LEOSA permit is helpful, but not required. </li></ul>
