Processes information and schedules used in the month end preparation of the financial statements. Supports employees as internal customers by providing timely and accurate information. Supports corporate desired state by monitoring costs.</p> <p>WARD IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR FUTURE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES IN THIS AREA OF INTEREST.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare for payment assigned invoices, expense statements and monthly recurring invoices ensuring we were properly invoiced, that invoices were approved by proper party and codes correctly applied. </li><li>Maintain excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. </li><li>Respond to service center questions regarding certain expenditure activities. </li><li>Process transactions for internal credit card program. </li><li>Fully support all technologies and processes, introduced by Ward, that are intended to improve efficiencies and/or the customer experience.
