<p>Why do we need you ?</p> <p>This is a weekend position, working 2 - 12 hour days on the weekends; either 4th shift, 10:30pm to 10:30am, plus 2 - 8 hour shifts during the week.</p> <p>The PC1 Gland Cell Operator safely produces quality products per documented procedures. In addition, assist engineering and quality in day-to-day operations of gland molding machines including quality issues, plate cleaning, preventative mold maintenance, and press cleaning at work order changes.
