<p>FUNCTIONAL ROLE:</p> <ul> <li>To walk customers jobsite and field measure each house / unit for doors, trim, stair parts, hardware and any other Doorshop items that may be required for the job. </li><li>Create Shop work order with all pertinent information filled out and a finish material list from field measure sending into the Doorshop so the order can be processed. </li><li>Maintain contact and work with job site supers on any issues as they arise making sure to resolve them as soon as possible. </li><li>Provide and maintain a schedule for customers' delivery dates using information from customers scheduling portals. Then send schedules to Doorshop and Dispatch so they can update work orders and delivery dates according to schedules provided. </li><li>To support Doorshop Branch manager to ensure that the Doorshop Jobsite Field measure program is meeting or exceeding targeted goals. </li><li>Occasionally perform job site work for the Doorshop as needed. </li><li>Deliver single doors, slabs, stair parts, hardware and other material as needed on case by case basis. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must have basic computer skills knowledge such as word, excel, keyboard typing. </li><li>Must have great communication skills, be able to communicate effectively with salesman, customers, contractors, and homeowners on the phone and in person. </li><li>Must be able to have good time management skills, working additional hours as needed to stay up on workload. </li><li>Must have experience applicable to job applying for. </li></ul> <p>Prior door installation experience both interior and exterior as well as finish installation experience is a plus.</p>
