This role is responsible for the organization and accuracy of the distribution of products to our customers.</p> <p>Scheduled Hours for this position are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 4:00pm - 8:00pm</p> <p>Responsibilities Include:</p> <ul> <li>Required to pick orders assigned by Warehouse Management. </li><li>Utilize RF devices to properly pick merchandise for palletization in a team environment. </li><li>Strategically build and palletize loads for local distribution. </li><li>Required to verify the accuracy of the orders. </li><li>Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>The ideal candidate will have:</p> <ul> <li>Work is performed while standing, sitting, walking, bending and reaching. </li><li>1+ Year of experience in a warehouse environment required. </li><li>Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing. </li><li>Previous experience utilizing material handling equipment (forklift, scissor lift, electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, hand truck and baler) required. </li><li>Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required lift up to 50lbs and push/pull 100lbs. </li><li>Pre-Employment Screening: Ability to successfully pass job-related pre-employment screenings to include a criminal background check and drug test. </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <p>The pay for this role is $21.00 per hour. This range represents what the company reasonably expects to?pay an associate?for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
