This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based strategies to reduce healthcare-associated infections (HAIs), improve patient and employee safety, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements. Performs ongoing surveillance, monitors outbreak reports, and delivers targeted training to healthcare teams to reduce the spread of infectious diseases.
